NEDC Events:
- NASA Plum Brook Tour – August 26, 2010
12:30 – 2:30 pm (NEDC Board will meet before the tour). Community Members are encouraged to join the tour and find out more about the $170 million dollar expansion projects currently underway and how we can advocate for the funding of the Runway Project. - 3rd Annual FREE Summer Concert Series continues in August!
Wednesday nights at 6:30 at the Norwalk Reservoir Shelter #4 at the South Entrance. This series is coordinated by Senior Enrichment Services and is also sponsored by Gaymont Nursing Center and Trinity Christian Academy. - Norwalk Autumn Leaves Festival - September 18, 2010
Celebrate the harvest season with some good old fashioned fall fun on Main Street! We will kick off our day with the Pet N Pup Parade, sponsored by the Norwalk Park and Rec Department. Local residents dress up in costumes with their pets of all kinds and parade down Main Streets. The festival will include artists, crafters, music, and food, of course! A large kids area with bounce house, games, and activities.
